Communities assess the quality of education and health services in Moma using the CPC tool

This Tuesday (May 14), the Quilómetro 6 Cacara Primary School, located in the Moma district of Nampula, hosted the launch ceremony for the Community Score Card (CPC), an instrument through which communities and providers participate in assessing the quality of public education and health services.

The action is led by the Moma District Platform, which has received training on the CPC approach. Technical support is provided by CESC under the Pro-Civic and Human Rights project, funded by the Finnish Embassy in Mozambique.

As well as evaluating the services at Quilómetro 6 Cacara Primary School, the first day of activities included drawing up the action plan and meetings with the Moma government and representatives from the education and health sectors.
