Since June 26, the process of screening and selecting candidates to make up the Supervisory Committee of the Mozambique Sovereign Fund has been underway in Maputo Province. As a strategic partner of the RA, IMD is facilitating an institutional retreat to enable the preliminary analysis of the applications. It should be noted that the committee will also include representatives of civil society, which by its very nature represents the voice and demands of citizens.
This support is part of the implementation of the Procivico and Human Rights project, which aims to give CSOs greater visibility and tools to influence and participate in the process of formulating public policies.
