Members of the Pro-Civic & Human Rights Consortium in a Planning and Reflection Session on successes, challenges and lessons learned

On March 5th and 6th, IMD, the MASC Foundation, CESC and CDD met for a planning session of the Pro-Civic & Human Rights Program. Specifically, the purpose of the session was to reflect on achievements, challenges and lessons learned, share success stories from the consortium's interventions, discuss the activity plan for 2025, strengthen synergies and define strategies to increase the program's visibility.

This session was attended by the programme coordination teams, project managers, financial managers and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) managers from the partner organizations. This was an opportunity to strengthen group cohesion and define strategies for more impactful action, taking into account the new socio-political context.

The Pro-Civic & Human Rights Program is funded by the Finnish Embassy and is implemented in the provinces of Zambézia, Nampula, Niassa and Cabo Delgado, as well as national lobbying and advocacy.
