On Thursday, April 10, in Maputo, the Round Table on "Restoring Dialogue and Trust between Citizens, Police and Justice in the Context of Post-Election Demonstrations" took place

The opening session included the Ombudsman, Isaque Chande, the Commander of the Police and Public Security Branch at the General Command of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique, Fabião Nhancololo, and the President of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), Albachir Macassar.

The event was organized by the Institute for Multiparty Democracy (IMD), in partnership with the Ombudsman's Office and the National Human Rights Commission, as part of the implementation of the Pro-Civic and Human Rights project, financed by the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Embassy of Finland Maputo - Suomen suurlähetystö Maputo.
